Motors NW will provide free and clear title and titling documents and assist in proper transfer to your state of residence. To avoid Washington state sales tax the following is required: Valid state driver's license, a Tribal Declaration form and the vehicle must be delivered to the buyer's Indian country within Washington state in combination with at least one; a valid tribal member card, a certificate of membership, Proof of spousal relationship to a tribal member and proof of their spouse's tribal membership or a certified letter from tribal representative.
