First the web page is easy to navigate the car fax was there all the information was upfront. Working with Amanda through text messages eased the tension of a major purchase being able to ask questions with timely replies. Upon arrival the vehicle was upfront and ready to be looked at and test driven. Working with Luis he was upfront with me listened to concerns. Motors Northwest had done us a MAJOR solid on the purchase of that Sube, as they included Gap insurance on that car upon purchase! Saved us from having to pay out-of-pocket for paying her off completely upon being totaled!
